What is Alo Access?
Alo Access is a free membership program to reward loyal Alo customers. Customers earn 1 point for $1 spent on aloyoga.com and at Alo retail stores in the US. Points determine eligibility for benefits and rewards.

What is the difference between points earned vs points available?
Points earned are your cumulative points to date, less returns. Points available are your active points to date, less returns and redemptions.
How do I join?
Alo Access is free to join. Create an account to see your points and unlock members-only benefits. If you already have an account with Alo, simply sign in to activate your Alo Access benefits.
How do I earn points?
Alo Access members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on aloyoga.com and at Alo retail stores in the US.
How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed in your cart before checkout.
Please note that Welcome Gift, Birthday Gift and Rewards are not available during the exclusion periods when Alo offers sitewide sale promotions. Alo reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without notice.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, you must be an Alo Access member and be logged in (online) or provide your information (in store) at the time of purchase to earn points.
Do my points expire?
Yes, Alo Access points are valid for the full calendar year after they are earned. Any unredeemed points will expire on the last Saturday of the following calendar year, regardless of account activity.
Example:
Points earned in 2023 will expire on December 28, 2024.
Points earned in 2024 will expire on December 27, 2025.
What happens to my points when I return items?
Your points balance will show a reduction equal to the point value of the returned merchandise.
Are Alo Access gifts and rewards final sale?
Yes, all gifts with purchase and rewards redeemed using points are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How is my Alo Access tier determined?
If you're new to Alo Access, your tier is determined by the point value of your first Alo order within the program.
How long do I have my current Alo Access tier status for?
Your Alo Access status is based on how many points you earn in 12-month period — you can move up from VIP to A-List or All Access status anytime! Your points and status are updated within 7 days of purchase.
Is Alo Access available outside of the US?
Yes, Alo Access is available for users outside of the US.
How Do I Access Priority Customer Service Via Text?
